Inky dark core turning from purple to red. Pure nose displaying ripe dark fruit, cherry, cassis, fine leather and mild oak with an approaching mature complexity. The palate boasts a high concentration and density, still a youthful texture with grippy tannin but no hard edges, layers of savoury dark fruit with sage, mint and fine spice notes, leading to a long and muscular finish.
