Chavost – Esprit de Blancs – 2010

Pale golden colour with a green hue and youthful mousseux. Fresh and pure nose, light stone fruit, citrus, fresh almond and some chalky notes. The palate is nicely firm and fresh with elegant fruit, citrus zest, a light nuttiness, fresh backbone and nice persistency.
