Chavost – Influence de Chene – 2010

Medium deep golden colour with a youthful mousse. Quite intense nose, some new oak, roasted nuts, fresh butter and ripe pear. Quite ample palate, still young with a creamy mousse, freshly crushed apple, citrus and some oak/vanilla notes, and a rather long finish. Still a bit youthful needing time to soften and integrate the oak.
