Chavost – Terroir – 2013

Bright straw colour with a young foamy mousse. Fresh nose showing herbal spiciness with lemongrass, lime, chamomile and white fleshed fruit. The palate is on the lighter side with lime, green apple notes a youthful mousse and fresh acidity followed by a medium to long finish.
