Clos Berenguer – Selecció – 2011

Inky dark purple colour. Rather youthful nose with some notes of new wood, roasted almond, pepper, dark cherry and plum. The palate is ripe and concentrated but with modest extract and tannin, a fresh acidity and digest dark fruit flavours. Long and warm finish, persistent and powerful, yet with good drinkability today.
