Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure and aromatic with fresh mint, sage, ripe citrus and lemongrass. The palate has good tension and fine bitterness adding freshness, sweet fruit flavours but remaining dry on the palate, fine length with good purity and a salivating finish.
