Clos de Caveau – Fruit Sauvage – 2015

Medium to deep ruby red with a purple hue. Sweet and ripe nose of cassis, plum and red berries with some garrigue and lavender. The palate has good weight and density, ripe but young tannin, vital acidity and layers of spicy fruit on the finish. Good persistency and potential.
