Pale colour, pure and mineral nose, stony and bright with citrus, almond, wild herbs and licorice notes. Nice grip on the palate, balanced bitterness, candied citrus, licorice, salty notes, almond and bright citrus on the finish, mineral and complex with a very fine persistence.
