Bright ruby red colour and a mature rim. Layered and complex nose, combining garrigue with ripe kirsch notes, cassis, red berries, leather, tobacco, black pepper, and violet, with discreet oak underneath. The palate shows great density and weight, yet the texture is rounded and supple, with refreshing, grainy tannin. Layers of digestible red fruit with both peppery and herbal spicy notes, well-built with a very long and discreetly powerful finish.
