Argentina,
Mendoza,
Intense and inky colour, very dark purple core, no indication of age here. Generous nose combining quite ample and ripe fruit, mainly dark plum, blackberry, dark cherry. There is a slight hint of oak in the background, but quite discreet with a slight spiciness. The palate is generous, finely polished, nothing harsh or hard there. There is still tannin adding freshness, but it is rounded today. Offering a quite good drinkability. Juicy fruit, a bit more than medium weight, but not really a massive style. I would also talk about the length being a bit more than medium long. However, not supper persistent. Pleasurable and generous, with spicy, dark fruit, discreet oak and a good level of drinkability today. So a pleasurable wine.
