Bright light golden colour. Lovely intensity with layers of candied citrus, grape, ripe yellow fruit, floral notes, saffron, earl grey, fine oak and some pastry notes. The palate is dense and powerful with fine balance between sweetness and freshness, flavours of baked apricot, confit de citron followed by a very long, pure finish.
