Medium intense purple hue. Sweet nose almost port-like with clove, aniseed, jammed cherry and prune aromas. The palate is on the fuller side yet with a supple texture, it offers a sensation of sweetness, mild spices, aniseed liquorice and some herbal notes. Warm and ripe with an unctuous finish. A bold style still needing time.
