Deep ruby red core and a purple youthful hue. Intense nose showing floral notes, sweet red fruit, some meaty and spicy hints. Very good density and structure with spicy aniseed, liquorice, dark fruit and tobacco notes. Powerful and lingering finish, a very potent youthful example, still needing some time to develop fully.
