A youthful dark purple colour. Pure aromas offering some chalky notes, licorice, ginger, clove, mild oak, and wild berries. The palate is finely built with a seamless texture, grainy tannin, a fresh backbone of acidity with rather sweet fruit flavours, good layers with a mild spiciness, chalky presence, and a long vigorous finish. very fine potential but already delicious.
