Dense dark purple core. Youthful nose, still a bit closed with ripe dark fruit, sweet plum, an herbal spiciness and modest oak. The plate is rather full, still with a slight tannic presence and some herbal flavours, fresh acidity, red berries and plum with a gentle hint of oak and a rather long finish. An age worthy style still demanding some time to soften and gain harmony.
