Inky dark garnet red colour with a purple hue. Floral notes, violet. Dark cherry, kirsch and oak derived spiciness. Dense and youthful texture, still a tannic bite but no hard edges, savoury wild berry flavours with a fresh backbone, generous and long finish. A wine that should open nicely in 2-3 years time.
