Medium-deep ruby red colour, mature rim. The nose displays maturity, with some balsamic notes, dried fruit, dry spices, wood, tobacco, and smoke. The palate shows sweet/cooked fruit but a rather austere texture and high acidity. Rather a long finish, but not in perfect harmony, starting to decay.
