Medium deep golden colour with lively fine bubbles. The nose offers some flinty/smoky notes with crushed nuts, sweet plum and stone fruit. The palate is vinous and textured with a fresh backbone, well integrated mousse, good purity of flavour with nutty yellow fruit and a long, lingering finish, finely built with good autolytic character.
