Quite light, rosé colour, with a copper tinge and medium intense bubbles. The nose is very youthful, offering mostly lemon, some grape, some grapefruit, pink grape, barely ripe apple and pear. Taste wise it is on the lighter side with a youthful and quite marked acidity. Slight hint of bitterness. A touch of, once again, that lemon and grape zest. Youthful bubbles. In terms of fruitiness, it is rather that barely ripe green apple. Quite light and soft finish.
