Col di Luna – Estichetta Nera – 2015

Youthful with a very light straw colour. Quite intense foam here, small bubbles. Fresh nose, with some combining youthful fruit, with some herbal notes. Slight hint of green tea, chamomile, with lemon zest and crushed apple. The palate is on the lighter side, with a pleasant freshness. Quite dry, not a lot of sweetness there. With barely ripe green apple. Some of those herbaceous notes as well. Fresh lime zest. Nicely rounded finish, with a soft and creamy texture. Good sensation of freshness. An attractive wine to drink in its very youth.
