Colet Viticultors – Colet Navazos Reserva Extra Brut – 2012

Medium deep golden colour, some sherry like notes on the nose, with a vermouth like spiciness and chamomile. The palate has a young acidity but tropical fruit notes with some phenolic presence, young mousse, not really integrated with an austere finish.
