Colin – Castille – NV

Bright light golden colour with a vivid young mousse. Vinous nose with white flower, yeast derived creamy notes, brioche, butter, pale stone fruit and confit de citron, perhaps with a slight hint of oak underneath. The palate has good volume and roundness with a creamy mousse, a fresh and biting backbone of acidity with generous yellow fruit notes, autolytic complexity and a long pure finish.
