Rather deep pink colour with a tawny hue and vivid fine bubbles. Fine nose, rather intense resembling red burgundy, fresh raspberry, pain d’épices and some patisserie notes. Rather full palate with some tannic presence, intense red fruit flavours, clearly pinot with a mild spiciness and a rather long finish. Structured and robust in a rather different but pleasant style.
