Youthful pale straw colour with an intense rather foamy mousseux. Pure and floral nose offering pale stone fruit, chamomile, almond, citrus and some autolytic notes. Crisp palate with a fine bite, lighter structure with a youthful mousse and flavours of citrus, lemongrass and pale stone fruit. Followed by a rather long finish.
