Light golden colour with a youthful mousseux. The nose is complex with some maturity and notes of windfall, nougat and patisserie. Bone dry palate, rather Extra Brut with fine balance, nutty ripe fruit with raspberry, pear and candied citrus notes balanced by a gentle mousse. Long and persistent finish.
