Light to medium deep golden colour with a vivid fine mousseux. Intense and layered nose with fine hints of fresh butter, brioche, a touch of vanilla (oak?) ripe stone fruit and floral hints. The palate is bone dry, rather Extra Brut with a vivid freshness, soft and creamy texture with ripe citrus, ginger and stone fruit flavours leading to a long and pure finish.
