Pale straw colour with a mild mousse. The nose is pure, showing white-fleshed fruit, plum, citrus, some nutty notes, and fresh butter. Pure and classic palate with a mild creaminess, balanced dosage, young fruit flavours with crushed pear, raspberry and pain d'épices flavours leading to a rounded finish.
