Collet – Brut Millésimé – 2008

Light golden colour and a fine mellow mousse. The nose shows both ripeness and maturity with nutty notes, fresh butter, crushed nuts and stone fruit with some autolytic complexity. Good grip and bite on the palate, fine extract and freshness with layers of ripe stone fruit, apricot, peach and ripe citrus with roasted nuts and a long creamy finish.
