Collet – Collection Privée – 2008

Light golden colour with small lively bubbles. Good purity and intensity with ripe stone fruit, citrus, crushed nuts, fresh butter and some autolytic complexity. The palate is bone dry, fresh and distinct with a good bite, discreet but ripe fruit with plenty of nuttiness, fresh butter, pale stone fruit a well-integrated and creamy mousse, and a long, dense and fresh finish.
