Collet – Esprit Couture – 2015

Bright golden with a green hue and fine small bubbles. Rather youthful nose offering some toast, crushed nuts, creamy butter notes with green apple, citrus and plum. The palate is classically built, medium weight with a youthful freshness, pale stone fruit flavours with some buttery and nutty notes on the finish, fine persistency.
