Bright light golden colour with a medium intense mousse. Fine purity on the nose, yet with some maturity and finely toasted notes, nuts and almonds with ripe citrus, fresh pear and peach. Medium bodied with a youthful bite, fresh and pure with zesty notes of ripe citrus, some autolytic notes, rather dry in terms of dosage with a bright freshness and a long creamy finish.
