Pale straw colour with a lively mousse. Fine aromas, quite discreet with some chalky notes, fresh almond, nuts, ripe citrus. The palate starts out quite firm but has good weight and density, classically dry with a good bite, purity and freshness, it has good length too, a nicely austere, refreshing and discreet style.
