Collin – Esprit Shiraz – NV

Medium deep golden colour with a rather fine, gentle mousse. Intense nose, some evolution with crushed nuts, butter, peach, apricot and red berries, vinous and evolved but no oxidation. The palate is full bodied and generous with a creamy texture, bright acidity giving a lift to the ripe fruit, and a dense and long finish, deep and profound.
