Collin – Sensations – NV

Light golden colour with a youthful mousse. Nuanced nose, ripe yellow fruit, some nutty notes and fresh butter. Generous palate, slightly sweet but with nice fruit and a creamy texture with buttery yellow fruit, saffron nuts and a rather long, creamy finish.
