Inky dark core with a purple hue. The nose displays some new oak, butterscotch and spice box paired with both red and dark fruit aromas. Dense and youthful palate, rigid tannin, spicy aniseed and liquorice notes with crushed dark fruit. Long finish but still on the youthful side needing longer ageing.
