Light red or deep pink colour with a garnet hue. Aromatically similar to a lighter red with plum, cherry, pepper, ginger and herbal spices. A youthful palate, rather full for a rosé with crisp red fruit, a slight bitterness, wild herbs, lemongrass and a rather long warm finish.
