Medium deep ruby red colour. Some maturity on the nose with ripe dark fruit like plum, cassis, wild herbs and discreet oak. The palate is on the fuller side, still a rather youthful texture with grippy tannin and high acidity, yet pleasant fruit, spiciness and an approaching complexity with good length. Keep for another year and it should soften.
