Bright green hue and fine vivid bubbles. The nose is aromatic offering freshly crushed grapes, lime, lemongrass and white flower. A light palate with gentle mousse, crisp acidity, delightful young fruit and a long finish, a slight sugar underneath but the finish is rather dry and zesty.
