Bright light golden colour. Intense nose, fairly spicy and peppery with the grassy and herbal notes expected from sauvignon with lemongrass, lime and rather ripe yellow fruit. Bone dry and nicely firm palate, chalky with good volume and length, still youthful with potential for further development.
