Cono Sur – Ocio – 2014

Casablanca Valley
MEDAILLE-TASTED-91-2024
Chile,
Casablanca Valley,
Rather dark ruby red colour. Rather ripe nose with red and darker fruit like cherry, plum, almond and some new oak. The palate has medium weight, rather high tannin for the variety but no harshness, sweet dark fruit with spicy notes and a long warm finish. A riper, darker style of Pinot noir more new world than Burgundy but well made for the style.
