Contadi Castaldi – Satén – 2013

Bright straw colour with a green hue and fine mousse. Youthful nose displaying herbal notes, green apple, pear, citrus and almond paste. The palate is fresh and medium bodied with youthful fruit some nutty notes and a creamy, rather long finish.
