Contadi Castaldi – Soul Brut – 2011

Rather pale rosé with an onion skin hue. Vinous nose with some depth and development, nutty with some oak, « pain d´epices », red berries and ripe citrus. The palate is bright and fresh, yet with a fine spiciness and complexity, juicy red fruit, good length and rounded texture, well made.
