Conte Guicciardini – Castello di Poppiano Tricorno – 2013

Dark purple core. Some oak, vanilla and mild spices with dark plum and crushed berry fruit. The palate has medium weight with a young texture, pronounced tannin and acidity, dark fruit flavours, liquorice, pepper and a fairly long finish, a bit young but no harshness.
