Intense dark core with a lighter mature rim. Traditional style with generous oak and vanilla paired with dried fruit, prune and herbal spices. Dense palate more youthful than the nose suggests, ripe extract and tannin, spicy and woody notes paired with sweet fruit and a rather long warm finish.
