Corazon del Sol – Cab Cab – 2014

Dark purple colour. Sweet nose, with some pastry and spice notes, darker fruit character. Medium bodied with a tight tannic core, cassis and dark plum flavours, restrained texture and a fairly long finish, needing more time to soften.
