Dense dark core with a lighter ruby rim. Redolent and nuanced nose with red berries, cherry, fine leather, tobacco and a gentle oak-derived spiciness. The palate is dense and voluminous, finely tuned with ripe yet plentiful tannin,a well kept acidity, blending red and darker fruit notes with plenty of power and persistency. Still youthful but already open and generous.
