Cordeuil – Brut Nature – 2011

Pale golden colour with a green hue and young mousseux. Youthful fruit with green apple, citrus, lime. Medium weight, bone dry palate with a salivating freshness, still a bit restrained with light fruit, a creamy texture, zesty notes and crushed apple with a medium to long finish.
