Mature deep golden colour towards amber with fine small bubbles. Mature and intense nose, nutty with dried fruit notes, nougat, honey, caramel, mushrooms and smoke. The palate is bone dry with a gentle bitterness, candied orange zest, dried fruit, a fresh acidity, no sweetness/dosage left turning a bit dry on the finish. Nonetheless complex with a high maturity. Time to drink it feels.
