Bright straw colour with a green hue and mild mousse. Some maturity and evolution on the nose, white fleshed fruit, citrus, almond and some buttery/creamy notes. Medium bodied with a fresh acidity, high extract with some bitter notes, lemon flavours and a medium to long finish.
