Bright light golden colour with a fine mousse. Mature nose, discreet but complex with apricot, pear, ripe citrus, crushed nuts and some pastry/butter notes. Nicely rounded palate with fine extract, a gentle creamy texture with layers of stone fruit, ripe citrus and pastry notes. The finish is long and lingering with fine intensity and freshness.
